History

Wafsem Technology is primarily an engineering company for semiconductor/LED/Solar/Automation industry.  As a start, we provided service and support for various engineering tools used in the Assembly and Fab of semiconductor/LED/Solar/Automation industry. Since then, we have increased our functionalities into automation as well as system integration for various industries.  We have been growing in size and coverage since we started in late 90's.
